1 to 1 Personal Training

Designed to be progressive and challenging personal training will be customised to you and your goals.
With our commitment and your determination you will get results fast. You can choose between 30 min, 45min and hr sessions.
You will also get help with diet and lifestyle changes.


Sweatbox offers quirky small group classes that create a tough but fun environment. With class numbers between 8-12 you guarantee to get a more engaging experience and the results you always wanted.

Small Group PT

With 2-4 people in a session this allows you to get a more in-depth work out focusing on techniques and more specific training that big classes cannot offer.
We can tailor the group to your ability and requirements and you can choose specific training methods or mix it up each week
